Yesterday was such a great day. Got a chance to head on over to Rolf's house and hang out with him, his wonderful wife, and great dog, Babe. Babe was diagnosed with cancer a little bit ago and has also loss a lot of the use of his right leg. I get up there and Rolf tells me that he might have to put Babe down on Tue. My heart really went out to him. I thought what a tough thing to have to come to terms with. That night I guess Babe did a 180 degree turn around, where for the last few days he wasn't getting up much or moving around a lot. Last night he was getting up, going in and out of the house, and barking at things. It was a great thing to see. That dog has always been so stubborn. Reminds me of a great story related to that. We all go camping last year sometime and as we start to back up all the gear to leave Babe jumps in the backseat of my car. Well Babe is a big boy and if he don't want to move he just isn't. Rolf had to sit in the car with him for about 15min till he would get out with him. Really a funny thing to watch. Overall it was just a good night hanging out with great people.
Babe keep up the good fight, and know that your humans love you with all their heart.
